How to Save California from Newsweek

After the disaster trifecta in Japan--quake, tsunami, nuclear crisis--Californians are asking if they might be next. The state's two reactors sit near seismic faults, tsunamis are a risk, and evacuation plans are iffy. Did someone say 'prepared'?

disaster trifecta: or a trifecta of disasters
ex:  I am horrified and flabbergasted by the trifecta of disasters in Japan.

reactor:反應爐

seismic: before noun] relating to or caused by an earthquake  seismic activity/waves

sit near somewhere

iffy: not certain or decided

ex: Simon's still kind of iffy about going to Columbia.
